Refund policy

All sales are final. CEO Factory (Dhan Services Ltd) does not offer refunds on workshop seats, live webinar seats or bundles, except when CEO Factory cancels or reschedules a session (see below).

Please check the date, time and details of your session before you pay. Your seat is confirmed once we receive your Juice or bank transfer payment.

If you cannot attend, your seat is not refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

If CEO Factory cancels a session, you will receive a full refund. If we reschedule a session, you can keep your seat for the new date or ask for a full refund.
